Kurbanasai Homestay

Tajikistan

Kurbanasai Mirzosainov's simple homestay, with its wolf's pillow decoration, is tucked behind a whitewashed wall, just three minutes' walk west from Yamchun Fort. The sleeping room sports fanciful wall-to-ceiling hangings illustrating a European cottage under blue skies. Beyond the door the scenery is even more lovely – as can't be missed on the rather long walk to the outside loo.

A covered topchan (daybed), fresh spring water and quite unexpected modern sauna (30JTS) are added attractions.
