Offering a cosy and comfortable room with a veritable nest of colourful bedding, this homestay offers the luxury of a hot shower and super-clean drop toilet. The family who run the enterprise are very welcoming and understand that most visitors will want to head straight for the Yagnob Wall and will need fuel (think home-grown potatoes and meat soups; one-/two-course dinner US$4/5) to do so.
En route to the homestay, look out for the Yagnob yaks, a less hairy breed than their Pamir cousins. There are over 100 such animals in Margeb alone.
