This former Soviet holiday camp comprises a collection of four-room cabins and more modern, comfortable en suite chalets, dotted around a mature woodland on the edge of the lake. The shared institutional bathroom blocks spare no blushes in terms of privacy but they're basically clean. It offers a livelier atmosphere (at least at weekends) than the homestays and attracts a younger crowd.
It's possible to pitch a tent here for 20TJS including hot-water showers. A sauna costs 300TJS per person per hour, or 50TJS per person for a group of six people. Swimming from the camp shore is not possible but boat rides are available.
