After three decades, the Inbal underwent a top-to-bottom makeover – and the results are stunning. Completed by the same architect who did the president's house, the renovations were inspired by origami triangular shapes and Jerusalem stone, evidence of which can be seen in the breezy lobby and two new floors of luxury rooms.
The new restaurant, yet to open at the time of research, will be an upscale steakhouse. The hotel sells crafts made by artists organised by Windows of Opportunities, an organisation that supports new immigrant communities, especially Ethiopian.
