Warm your insides with one of 17 kinds of fondue, ranging from classic cheese and forest mushroom to beefy fondue bourguignonne. Raclette and tartiflette (potatoes, cheese and bacon baked in a casserole) round out the Savoyard offerings, and, for dessert, there's chocolate fondues laced with Génépi or Chartreuse.
