Last Chance Saloon

Top choice in Drumheller

Last Chance is the real thing – a Western saloon from 1913, complete with bear skins, old kerosene lamps, antique photos and bullet holes in the wall. Since its original heyday, Wayne's population has dwindled from 2500 to 27, many of whom you'll find in this lively, eclectic place. Meat pies, maple-bacon burgers and chicken dinners go well with the beer.

Even if you don't dine or stay here, just driving out to Wayne is impressive, with eroded hoodoos and beautiful coulees at every turn.
