Tathra Hotel

Tathra & Around

Tathra is a beautiful coastal town which was rocked by bush fires back in 2018. The town is often bypassed by travellers, but its beach is a beauty, blessed with emerald waters and a long stretch of sand, and backed by Mimosa National Park.

Since 1905, live bands have rocked the rafters of the historic Tathra Hotel, which was thankfully spared by the fires. Most of the live music is at weekends and it really draws a crowd. There are occasional midweek events; check the schedule on the website.
