Whale Lookout

South Coast NSW

Between late September and late November, a good spot to look for whales is at the scenic lookout south of the wharf. This can also save you the time and money of an organised cruise.

Aslings Beach is also a prime lookout point. When whales are spotted, the Killer Whale Museum sounds a siren.

Traditionally, one yells 'Thar she blows!' upon a sighting.
