Al Fassia Aguedal

Marrakesh

Fifteen minutes south of the medina in a developing shopping and nightlife zone, this modern boutique hotel has been built to emulate a medina riad, with trickling fountain and courtyard palms. There are 25 spacious rooms, a spa, pool and peaceful garden. It's run by the owners of Gueliz restaurant institution Al Fassia, and their second restaurant forms part of this hotel.

Note that it's under the Menara Airport flight path, which creates some suburban noise.
