Porto di Savona

Turin

An unpretentious trattoria that dates to Turin's capital days (ie the 1860s), it has a deserved reputation for superb agnolotti al sugo d'arrosto (Piedmontese ravioli in a meat gravy) and gnocchi di patate con gorgonzola. The mains – including bollito misto alla piemontese (boiled meat and vegetable stew) are equally memorable.
