Richard Booth's Bookshop

The most famous and still the best, Booth's is a thing of beauty – from the exquisite tiling on the outside to the immaculately catalogued shelves within (a far cry from the teetering piles of its early years). There's a sizeable Anglo-Welsh literature section, a Wales travel section, a great little cafe (mains £8 to £9) and an arthouse cinema.
