There's a grounding Goan influence to this atypical Indian restaurant, but the kitchen shoots off on tangents such as 'Willy Wonka and the Spice Factory': a lamb chop with chilli-chocolate floss, king prawn, white-chocolate-chilli foam, whisky wood smoke, chocolate and orange chicken tikka and pork Ferrero Rocher with Jaffa Cake ice cream (!).
