Dalat's only truly genuine Japanese restaurant is compact, with subdued lighting and jazz in the background. Spicy tuna rolls, chicken yakitori and tempura are all fantastic, the bento boxes are a bargain and there's even natto (fermented soybeans) for aficionados. Perch at the bar to watch sushi-master Tomo at work.
