With the exception of the smoky front desk, there’s a professional atmosphere in this modern, secure hotel, the best value in the center. The well-kept rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable; they also come with cable TV and wi-fi. The only complaint is that the water is sporadically hot, lukewarm otherwise. There’s an intimate tasca (Spanish-style bar-restaurant) on the 2nd floor that does room service.
