Bubulina’s Hostal

Venezuela

A great choice in the center is in this intimate, one-story historical building down a narrow colonial street. There’s a bright, indoor-plant-filled hallway with 12 comfortable rooms around it; all have flowery decorations and curvy ironwork furniture. The hostess speaks German and some English and there’s free wi-fi. This is also the securest joint in town – nobody comes in or out without the hostess unlocking the door for them.
