Tapas Bar

Tashkent

For flat-out debauchery, it’s hard to beat this hipsterish student venue, formerly known as VM. Ostensibly a warm-up (or warm-down) bar for club-goers, its small dance floor often takes on a life of its own, obviating the need to go elsewhere. Weekends bring live bands. It's accessed from it's own separate entrance inside the grounds of Le Grande Plaza Hotel.
