Kuba Restaurant

Set under the cool domes of the 16th-century Koba Caravanserai, this new restaurant is easily the most architecturally atmospheric setting in town, though it lacks the vibrancy of the local teahouses. The carpeted interior is refreshingly dark and cool in the summer heat and there's a stage for live Uzbek pop in the evenings.
