Norse Nook hangs a sign that says, 'Pie Fixes Everything.' Try the chocolate mint, blueberry crunch or cherry cream cheese varieties, and you'll believe it. They've all won blue ribbons at the National Pie Championship. Thank the thick, hand-rolled crust for the honors. Norwegian specialties, such as pancakes with lingonberries and lefse (flatbread) wrapping salmon or smelt, are also available.
