Heist Brewery

Charlotte

Set in a former mill, Heist is one of several good-time NoDa breweries. With 36 taps spread over three bars (pints from $4.50), it offers some exceptionally juicy IPAs, craft cocktails ($9 to $13) and an extensive menu of inventive, farm-to-table pub food (dinner mains $10 to $16).

The beer focus is on small-batch Belgians, saisons, imperial IPAs and stouts.
