Edmund's Oast in NoMo has this new baby brewing cousin just down the street, set in a 20,000-sq-ft facility with 26 boozy beverages on tap and two hangover-prevention chambers (a wood-fired brick oven and a Polish smokehouse). Brews are ambitious and, at times, downright medieval: Domesday is brewed with yarrow, mugwort, lavender and marshmallow flower.
The food's more casual here than at its upscale uncle, with Southern snacks like boiled peanuts and collards, and also pizza, sandwiches and charcuterie.
