Crawfish & Noodles

Houston

Pairing Vietnamese seafood with Cajun flavors was inevitable once Vietnamese immigrants entered the Gulf Coast fishing economy. This shiny, hugely successful place stands out from the endless strip of Asian supermarkets and restaurants west of central Houston. It doesn’t literally serve its namesake pairing; just order a mass of boiled crawfish (or crabs) plus a bowl of tangy rice noodles. Delish!
