Hip, flamboyant and fabulous. From the bordello-esque colors to the zebra-accent chairs, everything about Hotel ZaZa is good fun. The standard rooms are large but not that extraordinary; our favorites are the concept suites like the eccentric Geisha House, or the space-age 'Houston We Have a Problem.' And you can't beat the location overlooking the Museum District's Hermann Park.
Rooms in a more modern wing come with cute, crescent-shaped balconies.
