At Tim Love's mod-Western Stockyards dining experience, even the chefs wear cowboy hats. It's Southern fusion, with the traditional flavors of the region enlivened by all manner of influences. Roasted meats and grilled steaks take prime place on the menu. Stick someone else with the bill for the $115 Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye. The wine list is superb.
