Fat Bottom doesn't brew a vast quantity of different beers, but each one is well-crafted and approachable. With four flagship brews, four seasonal and a small line of sour and barrel-aged beers, this brewery's strength lies in its ability to deliver big taste in each can. The food isn't bad either, and tours of the brewery are available.
The tours run on Friday and Saturday. They last about 45 minutes and cost $10, including a tasting of four beers and a take-home souvenir glass.
