Fisher Brewing Company

Top choice in Salt Lake City

A former auto shop in the Granary District has been converted into an employee-owned, small-batch brewery that produces the freshest beer around. Following in the footsteps of his great-great-grandfather Albert Fisher, a German immigrant who ran A. Fisher Brewing Company from 1884 to 1967, Tony Fisher and partners have revived a family tradition but on a smaller, more intimate scale.

Fisher is sold exclusively out of the taproom (meaning you won't find it in stores) and there's a regular rotation of food trucks out front.
