Moab


If you are headed to Dead Horse Point or Island in the Sky, this attractive campground is a great option, and cooler than lower-elevation spots. There are 55 sites with picnic tables, vault toilets and grills. Bring water. It’s first-come, first-served. RVs are OK. Just up the road, Cowboy Camp has seven walk-in tent sites (Mile 18).
