Inn of the Turquoise Bear

Santa Fe

Visitors enjoy the quiet now, but this expansive adobe B&B, built by local legend Witter Bynner and partner Robert Hunt, was once home to parties hosting Thornton Wilder, Robert Oppenheimer, Edna St Vincent Millay, Robert Frost and many others. Surrounded by sculpted gardens, its nine rooms are named for former house guests, and combine authentic ambience with modern amenities.

Pet fee is $25 per day.
