Scoma's

The Marina, Fisherman’s Wharf & the Piers

Enjoy a flashback to the 1960s, with waiters in white dinner jackets, pine-paneled walls decorated with signed photographs of forgotten celebrities, and plate-glass windows overlooking the docks – Scoma's is the Wharf's long-standing staple for seafood. Little changes, except the prices. Expect classics like cioppino (seafood stew) and crab thermidor – never groundbreaking, always good – that taste better when someone else buys.

The restaurant accepts limited reservations but always accommodates walk-ins and has a retro-cool cocktail lounge where you can wait for your table.
