House hot sauce gives a sensational slow burn and lime-chili fish sauce is a flavor bomb – but housemade gojujang (Korean fermented-chili sauce) will have you licking your lips for hours afterwards.
Panko-fried chicken sandwiches are also tasty, but waffles aren't their strong suit – wings fly solo here.
