320 Ranch

Bozeman & Gallatin Valley

This rustic ranch-house restaurant and saloon is heavy on game (elk, bison and the like), but the real draws are the fun weekly specials. The popular Wednesday steak chuck-wagon dinners start off with, for an additional cost, a horseback or hay-wagon ride. Book the latter in advance.

Winter activities include fun dessert and appetizer sleigh rides. The saloon is in the original 1898 homesteader cabin. This is one place to try some Rocky Mountain oysters, probably a pair.
