Colonial America couldn't feel further away at this festive, multistory Cuban eatery and rum bar, part of a small chain found in several East Coast cities. The creative menu, featuring Cuba's criollo (home-style) cuisine, includes shrimp ceviche, Cuban sandwiches, guava-spiced BBQ and excellent mojitos. A $45 tasting menu lets you get a variety of the specialties.
On Friday and Saturday nights after dinner the place becomes a nightclub (to 2am). Two floors of salsa dancing, music and drinks make it a great spot to spend part of your weekend.
