Squeeze into this cozy, low-lit space for some of Portland's best and most-loved cooking. Chef Gabriel Rucker does amazing things with meat and fish (but mostly meat), and whatever local produce is in season. The seven-course tasting menu ($105) is a complete experience. Sit at the bar to watch the action; most nights there'll be a wait for a table.
