Yonder's excellent fried chicken is available 'dusted' (adorned with dry spice), 'dipped' (tossed in a zesty sauce) or 'hot' (just spicy enough to be memorable, without injury), served with cornbread or a biscuit with sweet sorghum butter. Add a side of pimento mac ’n’ cheese or bacon-braised collard greens, then wash it down with a craft cocktail. Down-home good!
