Sizzle Pie

Portland

An almost mandatory after-bar stop, this pizza joint serves slices and whole pies (including lots of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options) with names that will please music nerds (Karp, Rudimentary Penne). Breakfast pizzas (topped with bacon, eggs, green chilies and hash browns) are available all day, and the seasonal pies are always interesting. Beer and wine are available.

Other locations are scattered across town, including one at each end of Burnside Street.
