The smoked fried-chicken sandwich at the People's Pig, with jalapeño jelly and spicy mayo, occupies the top position on many Portlanders' lists of favorite sandwiches. It comes with your choice of side: get the collard greens. You can also have it as a plate, with extra sides – or opt for the pork shoulder, ribs, lamb or brisket. It's all good.
