Benson Hotel

Portland

How much you love the Benson depends on your priorities: it's in a historic landmark building, which means gorgeous public spaces but some rooms that are maybe a bit small for the price. The beautiful lobby bar is top notch, lined with walnut and lit by chandeliers. There's also an elegant steakhouse. Service is excellent and it's a great location.
