Just about everything in the hotel is sourced from the region, from Pendleton bathrobes and signature-scented toiletries to the lighting, wallpaper and mattresses; there's even a selection of purchasable books curated by a different McMinnville resident in each room. Great for groups, the 'bunkhouse' room features six cubby beds built into the wall, plus a king-size bed and two bunks.
