Impeccably tasteful aqua-toned coastal contemporary decor – no gaudy antiques here – dominates this four-room B&B occupying a historic 1866 wooden cream-colored home two blocks back from the water. Innkeepers Kim and Jon are pillars of small-town Southern hospitality, despite not being from the South, and never having slept in a B&B before they opened this one in 2015.
There is a lovely 2nd-floor porch dotted with rocking chairs on which to enjoy your morning java before the awesome gourmet breakfast, as well as a small garden. It has evening wine and appetizers and excellent dinners on request. Pretty perfect. Gay-friendly, and French is spoken, too!
