This charming inn, dating back to 1812, has comfortable, heritage-furnished rooms touched off with modern amenities, plus a wide verandah and back garden to enjoy. Its restaurant, the Tavern (5pm to 9pm Thursday to Sunday) serves excellent meals made with local produce. Management also owns the church next door, which is used as an event space.

Breakfast, included in the rates, is served at the Pink Pig nearby.
