Southhampton's most entertaining cantina does scrumptiously gourmet tacos (fried chicken and waffle with strawberry pico de gallo and hot honey maple syrup, lobster with lime roasted poblano cream, anchiote-grilled striped bass) courtesy of Iron Chef America alum Scott Kampf. The tequila stock is also impressive.
A gourmet burger bar has opened as well (burgers from $12).
