The Adirondacks

This very average looking diner on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs has a few aces up its sleeve: it makes great coffee, has an incredible homemade brisket hash on the menu and holds occasional BBQ weekends where the restaurant is kept open later and heaping portions of tasty meats and sides are served.

Check the Facebook page to keep up to date on when the BBQ weekends are going to be held.
