Lagusta's Luscious

Hudson Valley

The most amazing sweet creations come out of Lagusta's Luscious – strawberry-balsamic caramels, delicate macarons ranging in flavors from sesame matcha to peanut-butter brownie – and all are entirely vegan and made with organic, fair-trade products. Splash out for the intricately garnished 'barks' – slabs of premium dark chocolate topped with fig and fennel, or candied citrus, dried raspberries, lavender and white-chocolate swirls.

They also run a cafe two blocks away that serves their sweet goods alongside coffee and savory vegan dishes.
