In a pocket of town growing in stature (and with a neighboring distillery), Rising Tide is well worth investigating. Locals congregate in the car park, and food trucks visit in summer, from Wednesday to Sunday. Check the website for events (live music etc). Tours are held daily at 3pm and also on Saturday at 1pm and 5pm, and Sunday at 1pm.
