Hotel Pemaquid

Midcoast Maine

The Pemaquid's been hosting guests since July 4, 1888, so staff here have a decent idea of how to cater to tourists. There are 31 rooms, running the gamut from family rooms with multiple beds to an old potting shed perfect for those seeking privacy. A three-bedroom guesthouse can be rented by the weekend/week ($750/1050).

There's wi-fi in the lobby area, but it doesn't extend throughout the hotel complex.
