MSU Anthony Hall Dairy Store

Michigan

On Michigan State University’s campus, the Dairy Store is where agriculture students show off their ice cream–making skills. They’re doing an A-plus job, if the double fudge, blueberry pie, salted caramel truffle and sesquicentennial swirl (cake batter mixed with green fudge, in homage to MSU’s colors) are any indication. The store also sells cheeses.

The Dairy Plant that produces the goods is next to the shop, and you’re welcome to peek in from the observation deck to watch the products being made.
