On Saturdays and Sundays in summer, tiny downtown Sawyer's main drag is dominated by merry weekenders who have drunk, are drinking, or will drink at this wildly popular microbrewery. Waits for tables in the main taproom can be lengthy, but an overflow annex across the street offers a place to toss bocce balls and nosh on sausages while you wait.
