Beer Church

Gold Coast

The Beer Church is a cheeky one. Housed in a former Methodist church, its incongruous facade – bold red lettering proclaiming BREWERY beneath a pristine white steeple – has become an Instagram star. Signature brews among the six on tap include Pontius Pilate IPA and Crooked Cross cream ale. Wine, cocktails and pizzas from the wood-fired oven add to the heavenly scene.

The umbrella-shaded beer garden is the place to be in summer.
