HI Truro

Cape Cod

Budget digs don't get more atmospheric than this former coast-guard station perched amid undulating dunes within the Cape Cod National Seashore. It's so remote that wild turkeys are the only traffic along the road – and it's but a stroll to a quiet beach. There are just 42 beds, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Prices include breakfast and linen; non-HI members pay an extra $3.
