Fine dining happens in the antique-filled, 300-year-old colonial home; there's also the option of more casual à la carte fare in Chill's, the property's sunny bistro and outdoor terrace.

For foodies who want to indulge, there are three antique-filled guest rooms ($135 to $175) above the restaurant.

The opening times are convoluted: the bistro is open nightly from late June to mid-September, and fine dining is Tuesday to Saturday, late June to early September. Outside these times, it's best to call to check hours.
