Cannon Room

The curved roof of this 20-seat whiskey bar, which is tucked in the deep recesses of the Sagamore Pendry, was designed to resemble an oversized whiskey barrel. Look down to see the namesake cannon, which basks in the spotlight beneath a glass-panel floorboard. The cannon dates from the 1700s and was discovered during construction.
